These models are all pre-engineered steel framed providing excellent energy efficiency in most cases saving the owners up to 60% annually on their heating and cooling bills. These units can be used in mass housing projects or projects that are intended to be used for vacation or rental units. Typically when we provide housing systems to developers, all of the materials to provide a turnkey home is included, with a few exceptions.
