The home will not need finishing by the homeowner, due to the materials used, the home will be virtually a lifetime home, with warranty.

 

Note: The insulation properties of the home allow the interior temperature to remain cool, therefore the ceiling fan will provide ample cooling in lieu of an air-conditioning system being installed or required for comfort, in the winter months, heating requirements will be on the same principles.
